THE VIRUS HAS SPREAD IN ALL MOST ALL GOVT DEPARTMENTS WITH PUBLIC CONTACT AND IS REQUIRED TO BE DEALT WITH SERIOUSLY SO AS TO ERADICATE THE DIRTY VIRUS. THIS IS REGULAR FEATURE OF DEMANDING BRIBE OF 20 THOUSAND WHILE GRANTING REGISTRATION OF SERVICE TAX OR CENTRAL EXCISE THOUGH IT IS FREE AND THE PERSON IS TAKING REGISTRATION TO COMPLY AND PAY THE TAXES.
