NEW DELHI, DEC 08, 2017: FOR cricket it is the 'run rate' and for the CBDT, it is 'revenue grwoth rate, which is of utmost importance. And since the growth in revenue collections is not up to the mark, the CBDT Chairperson is not happy at all! In his latest communication he has highlighted certain zones which have recorded negative growth rate. And the reason he has attributed is that not sufficient efforts have been made by the officers.
