MSME Insider - Minister launches Monthly e-Newsletter

NEW DELHI, SEPT 20, 2018: THE Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for MSME, Mr GirirajSingh, yesterday launched MSME Insider - a monthly e-newsletter of the Ministry. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the e-newsletter will give information of the activities undertaken by the Ministry and also act as a bridge between the Ministry and the millions of MSME units spread across the country. He said employment generation is the main motto of this ministry. The e-newsletter will assist in the regular flow of information about the sector to the MSMEs and will also help in developing a two-way communication between the Ministry and its stakeholders, he said.

Secretary, MSME, Dr. Arun Kumar Panda said the e-Newsletter has been brought out to create awareness about the schemes and other activities undertaken by the Ministry and its affiliated organizations.

Apart from providing information to MSMEs and the general public about Ministry's Schemes, the e-newsletter will provide information about latest innovations in the field of technology, upcoming events and training programsfor the month and will also carry interesting articles on relevant topics. It will also carry success stories of the entrepreneurs who have benefitted from schemes of the Ministry. The e-newsletter will be available on the website of the Ministry www.msme.gov.in as well as on the websites of its attached organizations and will also be distributed to about 50 lakh MSMEs registered on the Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum Portal.
