BANGALORE, JULY 03, 2020: ON the occasion of Third GST Day, the Pr Chief Commisioner, Mr Nagendra Kumar, here released the new manual on GST Refunds, titled "ALL ABOUT GST REFUNDS".

This is an attempt to collate and put together a compilation on all matters relating to refunds. And the Department hopes that it would be useful to the GST HelpDesks, to taxpayers, tax professionals, and indeed for any person who has an interest in gaining an in-depth look at the matters concerned.

Capacity building and enablement at the Help Centres remain a central theme in the CBIC's focus to bring better taxpayer services and putting this manual/ reference together is a way to record appreciation for the efforts put in by the taxpayers to generate the revenue needed for the Country’s growth, development and to keep it safe.

DGTS, Bengaluru and CGST Bengaluru Zone have worked jointly to bring out this compilation.
