PM's 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' to be held virtually this year

NEW DELHI, FEB 18, 2021: PRIME Minister Mr Narendra Modi's annual interaction with school students, teachers and parents, 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' will be held on his social media platforms due to the COVID-19 pandemic, said Education Minister Mr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Thursday.
The ministry announced the commencement of the registration process for the fourth edition of the annual event with students from classes 9th to 12th ahead of their exams.
"I feel happy to share that the interaction every student was waiting for is back! Get ready to smile your way through exams with PM @narendramodi in #ParikshaPeCharcha2021," Mr Pokhriyal wrote on Twitter.
He also informed that about 2,000 school students, teachers and parents from all across the country are to be selected through an online creative writing competition available on the MyGov platform.
"Pariksha Pe Charcha is a much-awaited annual event where the Prime Minister responds to questions related to examination stress and related areas posed by students in his uniquely engaging style in a live programme," said the Ministry of Education.
Questions by the participants are invited through the MyGov platform and the selected ones are featured in the programme.
The registration for the programme will begin on February 18 and conclude on March 14, which is also the last date for the creative writing submissions.
