Five Challenges to Corporate Which look at Govt as inefficient?

Inefficient Governance

With due respects to the learned author, I write the following. In this article, I was attracted by one sentence which reads, 'Unless, these burdens can be lightened, efficiencies can't go up.' There are two graders in school, toppers and losers. The lowest among the toppers keep comparing himself that he is far ahead of the bank of losers, he will join the losers sooner than the later. One should compare oneself with the top-most grader and improvise one's position. Why the governments have no inclination to take corrective measures to unburden their liabilities. Keep on donating crutches and do not allow the other guy to walk. The illustration of Karna and Arjun is the other way around with the Government and Corporate sectors.
