As I have read you articles, all the suggestions is welcome for industries, we all are facing lots of difficulties due to complication in tax structure. Service tax rebate under Notification No. 41/2012-ST Dated 29.06.2012 on taxable services received by an exporter of goods should be simplify, misinterpretation of notification by government officer attract so much difficulties, even rebate claim is completed in every respect as per notification.
