Look at the order in originals- Order in Appeals and even the order by the technical members of CEGAT - They were equally or more perfect than the order by the judicial officers- They were not signing machines for the orders drafted by the Superintendents and others who were entrusted with the work to churn out an order in original- There were officials boasted of 1000 order in Appeal in a month or year also- An important subject is not discussed with required statistics and camouflaged to advocate for carrier gains. NACEN may obtain a solemn pledge that the probationers will not sign order in originals drafted by subordinates as adjudicating officers and will dictate the order and write down the submissions during personal hearings.
