Point of taxation - Controversies galore!

Good article.
Inspite of a number of articles on the anomaly w.r.t. S.67A vis-a-vis PoTR, neither any clarification from authorities nor any comments to it has yet been seen issued. Understand that this issue was taken up thru the current year pre-budget memorandum also. Since ordinary assessees are not willing to get themselves into litigation, they keep follow whatever given by PoTR.
Happy that learned people continue writing for a clarification.
