Status of Bill No 45 of 2014 on MRP

With e-commerce and mall culture attracting consumers with huge discounts on MRP, the use of MRP has become more a marketing gimmick. In this connection, Bill No.45 of 2014 mandated the manufacturers of lablled products to print the cost of production also. But, it is not being followed. So, I want to know if this Bill is not acted upon? Whether any stay on its implementation? Pl enlighten me.
