PM to launch programme on digital empowernment of citizens today

While we are fortunate to have foward looking Shri Narendra Modi ji as our PM, we are probably not so much lucky to have supporting government officers and staff in the various ministries. Currently I am following up for a letter which I am told has been issued 6 days back by Ministry of Commerce SEZ section to DC south in chennai which was sent by speed post. While we very much have emails, government officers still use speed post ! How can we realise the Digital India with such state of affairs ? Jai Hind ! Nishchal
