Are We Ready for GST?

are we ready for gst

i dont think so. jo prabhavit hone wale hain is system se unko total confusion hai. sirf speakers, experts seminar aadi men apne interpretations bata rahe. jetly ji aur iyer ji blogs pe lad rahe.basic prashna hi clear nahi hai.

rate kya hogi. kitni jagah registration aur return filing hogi. scrutiny ya audit ke kya niyam honge. wartmaan me jo service tax sales tax aur custms ya excise ka department kaise kaam karega. kya chatni bhi hogi.basic exemption limit 10 lakh ya 25 lakh ya50 lakh hogi.exempted goods kaun se honge.c&f wale business ka kya hoga. local body aur state ke kaunse tax merge nahi honge. registration, assessment aur audit men rishwat waisee hi lagegi kya.abhi karodon rupaye ke lakhon maamle jo pending hain(80% jabardasti ke banaye hue) kya wo aage bhi naye system men carry honge ya iske pehle bahumat prapt sarkaar koi vces type ki scheme laakar sab dispute khatma karke saaf suthrey mahaul me clean gst layegi...ye sab prashna anutareet hain.

jab tak ek ek member of parliament stamp paper par likh kar nahi de de ki unhone is gst ko padh dekh aur samajh liya hai aur isko apne desh men lagu kiya ja sakta hai.tab tak to ye system nahi aana chahiye. kyonki kanoon banane walon aur khaskar pass karne walon ko bhi barabar ki jimmedaaree leni hogi na ki waqil aur afsar ke maze chalte rahen jaise ki abhi ho raha.
