Excellent Analysis and this article is a mirror to the present situation in the Revenue Department.

As mentioned in one of the paras this non-technical and so called generalists will certainly ruin the country instead of improving .

As rightly stated, the trade and industry and also the public at large going to face more difficulties with this type of government decisions.
