Model GST Law - where is ease of doing business?

Model GST Law

Sir, thank you very much for such a nice article. The truth is out bureaucracy has learnt nothing from the past. In this Jet Age, we are still trying to reinvent the wheel. If Govt is not able to get the compliance done, how can a purchaser/service recipient ensure the same done by seller dealer? In fact the Gvot has tasted the success of TDS / RCM & wants to throw all the responsibility on assessees. Govt seems not to fulfill its administrative role. May God help us.
