GST Appeals - Can Pre-deposit be paid from Credit Ledger?

Pre-deposit through ITC

I fully endorse the views of Mr. Vijay Kumar Advocate.
However, I strongly opine that in GST regime such things are regular feature. Different High Courts have different opinion. We shall soon see that another High Court shall allow pre-deposit through ITC.
Legally speaking it should be permissible.
