GST on Online Gaming - A game in danger

With due regard to authors it seems that it is the skill of the players who are playing the game in the ground be it cricket or hockey or football. The skill of these players ultimately decides the fate/prize money of a person who include them in his team by taking a chance. Imagine on a particular day one person include world best players in his team but they fail to perform, can he be called a skilled player. In a Just opposite situation he took some worst out of form players but they perform then on that particular day and he will be called a skilled player. So taking some players in a team does not seems to be one's skill but a pure chance which depends on the skill/performance of the player on field. So Betting on a Dream 11 team by including some players seems to be more as a game of chance then game of skill but as the matter is before Apex Court we have to wait.
