Amendment of section 205.

48. In section 205 of the Income-tax Act, for the portion begin‚ning with the word and figures ìsections 192î and ending with the word, figures and letter ìsection 196Dî, the words ìthe foregoing provisions of this Chapterî shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 2004.
