Amendment of section 279.

62. In section 279 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words and figures ìsection 277 or section 278î, the words, figures and letter ìsection 277, section 277A or section 278î shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 2004.
