NEW DELHI, MAR 17, 2012: NETIZENS may remember in the last budget, in the tables given under JS(TRU-I) letter explaining the duty structure of Cement, they mentioned:

	(i) Of retail sale price not exceeding Rs.190 per 50 kg bag or of per tonne RSP not exceeding Rs.3800	Rs.290 PM	10% ad valorem + Rs.80 PM
	(ii) Of retail sale price not exceeding Rs.190 per 50 kg bag or of per tonne RSP not exceeding Rs.3800	10% of retail sale Price	10% ad valorem + Rs.160 PM

There should be no NOT in the item Nos at (ii) in each of these columns. However, in the printed edition of the Budget Bulletins, this mistake was corrected. But they must have forgotten to update their soft copies in their computers; this year also, they just repeated the same mistake. The table given in this year's JS(TRU-I) letter reads:
