Sub: gst collections a myth or a mirror or fact

ye sab figures hain sir. fact kuch aur hai. last 21 days men jo bhi paisa aaya hai usmen se 3B ke sath paisa yani actual paid tax 60 ya 70 % hi hai kyonki baki sab advance bolkar cash ledger men bharwaya gaya hai. wo paid tax nahi hai., jab tak ki return file nahi ho jata. so figures wrong hain.logon ke refund pending hain abhi , tribunals aur appeals level par bhi bahut amounts refund pending hain , kya ye collection ko kam nahi kartey.secondly jo abhi non filers ki list men chor chupey hue baithe hain unse aur collection aana tha wo gair jimmedar machinery ki wazah se nahi aaya aur wo collection nahi hua jo ki hona chahiye tha. uska kya.bahut badi tadad men experienced officers machinery se aapne pichle 1.5 tears se bar bar faltu ke parameters par based verification karwaye hain,(why 95% payment from credits, why 3B and 1 not matching, tran -1 matching, bla bla bla)

usmen jo desh ka waqt jaya hua uski valuation man hours men kijiye jitna recover kar paye uski tulna men.

refund sanction aur disbursement ki rate 3-5% fixed rahi uska kya. 2000 ke note men rishwat dena asan hua. but why pm saab will be concerned.
